Celebrating Our Volunteers | National Volunteer Week 2022

In honour of National Volunteer Week, we wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate our volunteers and share how their contributions have helped to shape RangeCare over the years.

On 24th May 2022 we hosted a Morning Tea at The Orangery Maleny to say Thank You to our incredible volunteers for their endless generosity and commitment to helping our community.

"Our volunteers at RangeCare make a difference every single day. In every aspect of our work, they are there giving their time and sharing skills with a spirit of generosity and kindness. We love being able to meet so many wonderful people who all bring different life experiences and talents to RangeCare. Volunteers really are what make our communities thrive!" - Cara & Michele - RangeCare Volunteer Coordinators

Since its beginnings in 1986, RangeCare has relied on the generosity of local volunteers to support the organisation in its efforts to provide the community with an exceptional level of care.

Today, RangeCare has an incredible team of over 150 volunteers who typically contribute over 10,000 hours of their time each year. This generosity allows RangeCare to support our clients in living their best life by delivering a comprehensive range of services.

From all of us at RangeCare, we want to extend a huge thank you to every single volunteer at our organisation. No matter how many hours you contribute, every role is important to be able to help our clients live independently and happily.

RangeCare is always looking for more volunteers, so if you are interested in supporting your local community please contact 07 5445 7044 or email volunteers@brcg.org.au.
